Kaleo Operations - Full Time
The Operations position is characterized by a high level of interpersonal activities, exercising judgment, personal responsibility, planning, budgeting and processing information. Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues. All regular, routine office maintenance which includes handling daily mail, bookkeeping, keeping calendar of events and deadlines, file, report and system maintenance. Additional tasks include administrative duties. Must be capable of professional interaction with Pastors, leaders, church community and the public.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet usage.
• Financial experience (Quickbooks) a plus.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Solid customer service skills and knowledge of collection processes a plus.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Organizing and coordinating skills.
Minimum Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma and three to five years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree desirable
• Must possess a clear understanding of Kaleo's vision and how to live this out.
