The struggle of this Psalmist helps those of us that wrestle with the difference with between what is in our hearts, our heads and what we see around us. This message on Psalm 73 explores what it means to live the good life. Here, the psalmist is envious of those who apparently live the good life. Are you living the good life? Do you see people around you who are living the good life?

Are God's people living the good life?

How is it that God is able to be near sinners when sin cannot abide in His presence? Through one who lived perfectly, earned the good life, and yet gave it up for us. Jesus Christ provided us with the good life, by giving up His perfect life. Through Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, God turned His back on our sin.

The nearness of God is truly the good life.
