World Mercy
God uses our hands to help those victimized by the evils of this sinful world. To show the world His Mercy and to teach us His Love. Therefore we at Kaleo seek to partner with organizations that are loving bringers of Mercy and Compasion and are good stewards of God's resources.
“On the day you were born your cord was not cut, nor were you washed with water to cleanse you, nor rubbed with salt, nor wrapped in swaddling cloths. No eye pitied you, to do any of these things to you out of compassion for you, but you were cast out on the open field, for you were abhorred, on the day that you were born. And when I passed by you and saw you wallowing in your blood, I said to you in your blood, 'Live!' I said to you in your blood, 'Live!' I made you flourish like a plant of the field. And you grew up and became tall and arrived at full adornment." Ezekiel 16:4-7
Abandoned But Precious Ministry:
If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless. Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world. James 1:26-27
ABP is dedicated to serve the children of India who are in desperate need. They have partnered with loving Indian Christians who are caring for destitute and abandoned children, both those who are fully Orphans, and those whose families are too poor to support them, taking them from a life in poverty, abuse, and disease, and giving them a safe home with good education, stable living conditions with loving and caring caretakers, and most importantly the word of Christ into their lives.
We at Kaleo International Missions and Abandoned But Precious call on you to remember how the Lord has rescued you in His mercy, and respond with love to bring our Lord’s mercy to those who’s fate otherwise may well be as street children or child prostitutes. Remember that we also were orphans and are now adopted into the family of our King, by His blood. Thus remember the joy of Christ adopting you and caring for you, and share that blessing with our children in India, for as they receive the word of God they also are being built up into our family under our Lord and King, Jesus Christ. The Lord has blessed us with opportunities to use technology and the great entrepreneurship of Kiva.org and OptINnow.org. They are excellent organizations, providing opportunities for bringing mercy to those in need by linking those in need with those with means as well as exercising good stewardship in their mission. We at Kaleo international Missions encourage you to check out the Micro-Loans concept and prayerfully see if the Lord guides your heart to help your hard working but credit challenged neighbors around the world.
Kiva.org and OptINnow.org mission is to connect people through lending for the sake of alleviating poverty. The people you see on Kiva's site are real individuals in need of funding - not marketing material. When you browse entrepreneurs' profiles on the site, choose someone to lend to, and then make a loan, you are helping a real person make great strides towards economic independence and improve life for themselves, their family, and their community. When you get your loan money back, you can relend to someone else in need.
